911 Call Leads To Felony DWI Charge For Red Hook Woman At Convenience Store

A 911 call led to the arrest of a 41-year-old woman for felony drunk driving after police found her inside her vehicle in a Quick Chek parking lot.

Lisa D. Jackson of Red Hook was arrested after Ulster Police responded to the store on Ulster Avenue and found that she was driving under the influence and with a suspended license, Ulster police said.

During the course of the arrest, Jackson refused to submit to a breath test, police said.

She was charged with felony DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation, as well as several misdemeanors, including drinking alcohol in her vehicle. 

Jackson was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $25,000 bail $50,000 bond.
